A-OK (Apple, Orange, Kale)

  Here’s a juice that has a great balance between fruits and veg. I have been on the verge of developing a head cold the past couple days, but I think this cocktail of vitamins and nutrients will help ward it off!

Yield ~ 20 oz


  • 5 kale leaves
  • 3 carrots
  • 1/2 cucumber
  • 1 slice cabbage
  • 1 apple
  • 2 oranges
  • Ginger to taste


  1. Wash and prep fruit and veg
  2. Juice

I really love this flavor and the pulp lends itself well to sweet recipes even though it has a high veg component. I like using the pulp for breakfast foods because it’s so healthy, but maintains a delicate sweetness.
