Green juices have been linked to a wide range of benefits including giving the drinker healthy, glowing skin, especially if the juice contains celery. I have never been a huge fan of celery flavor in juices, until now! This juice is fresh and delicious and gives me lots of energy. I love drinking it in the afternoon at lunch.
- 2-3 celery stalks
I used Chard in this recipe, but it could easily be replaced with Kale or another Leafy Green.
